     Midwest Electric will make every attempt to ensure the availability and functionality of our load control hardware.  However, it is the ultimate responsibility of the irrigator/customer to ensure that their wells shutdown and restart as desired. Midwest Electric will not be held responsible for any unforseen circumstances such as hardware failure, loss in internet connectivity, high traffic load, and acts of Mother Nature.
